Pfleiderer and is today technologically the global leading software house
for Advanced Unified Messaging.
Cycos AG currently employs 178 employees, distributed over the sites in Alsdorf (headquarters of the company), Stuttgart and Walldorf. Cycos operates internationally via a wide network of partners in the countries Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, England, Italy, Spain, Hungary and the USA. |
The software developed by Cycos is called mrs (Message Routing
System). mrs is a technology platform for new communication solutions
in the office area, Call-Center, m-commerce and e-business. Advanced unified
messaging describes the combination of unified messaging (fax, E-mail,
Voice-Mail, SMS), telephony and Call-Center technology on a single server
platform. mrs provides the user with a uniform post-box for all communication
services and in this way offers an innovative basis for increased efficiency
in the workplace. By means of the support for the Web protocol and WAP
protocol, mrs provides the basis for mobile message management. |
