As a Distributor for its VoIP Products
VANCOUVER British Columbia, May 3, 2004 – Nicer Canada Corp. ("Nicer"), (TSXV:NC), a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions and network infrastructure services is pleased to announce a further expansion of its global distributor/reseller network with the appointment of Ei-Infocomm Pte Ltd. of Singapore.

Ei-Infocomm Pte Ltd. has been appointed the exclusive distributor for Singapore and a non-exclusive distributor for Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and other ASEAN countries.
